the glance of Bogart?  The grin of Gassman?  The self-assurance of Sean Connery?  Or the tender glance of Woody Allen? 


There are thousands of ways to exist in front of the camera, just like there are thousands of ways to exist in a life.  There can be actors by chance or from school, by innate naturalness or by study. In all the cases, perhaps, the importance is to leave on the film the trace of a truth at the film. Our truth. To learn to recite is to learn a language that allows us to touch the souls of the others.  Even if you won’t become Anna Magnani or Cary Grant, we learn to give life, voice and gestures to a personage, that invisible bridge through which our soul can penetrate those of the others. 

1st Year
Beginning of the Course October 2009
Duration of the Course 9 months (until the 30th June 2010)
Frequency one meeting a week to be chosen between the four groups: 
Group A:  Monday from 20,30-24,00 
Group B:  Wednesday from 14,30-18,00
Group C:  Saturday from 14,30-18,00
Information Everybody is given the opportunity to approach oneself to a complex artistic expression like that relative one to the cinematographic recitation.  During the first year will be forced the insertion of the actor in the mechanism of the cinematographic language, the relationship with technical means, the job on the set and all the problematic that derive therefrom.  Therefore there will be analyzed all means of expression of the actor, the instruments he will have to use with knowledge in order to interpret a personage (voice, body, glance...). 

2nd Year

Frequency Two meetings a week to be chosen between the three groups: 
Group A:  Monday from 14,30-18,00
Group B:  Wednesday from 20,30-24,00
Group C:  Friday from 14.00-17.30 

Information Once passed the technique and artifice of the putting in scene, the actor must be abandoned himself to a profound distance that will carry him to a journey in the several human typologies.  A journey (also exhausting) in order the search feelings, emotions, states of mind, psychologies of several personages, while they are facing themselves during the year with  practices and short films. 


3rd Year
Beginning of the Course October 2009
Duration of the Course 9 months (until the 30th June 2010)
Frequency Two meetings a week to be chosen between the three groups: 
Group A:  Monday from 14,30-18,00
Group B:  Wednesday from 20,30-24,00
Group C: Friday from 14.00-17.30 
Information the third year presents the same characteristics of the second year, with exercises of greater difficulty.  It is for the students who have distinguished themselves in the first two years of the course. 

The course is interactive. Everybody enrolled for one course has the possibility to follow as auditors the other courses organized by the school. 

During the year there will be organized meetings with authors, directors, actors, personages of the business world.
